We recently had an opportunity to help a customer restore their 1990s Dodge Dakota bedframe. As you can see in this first picture, the bed frame is extremely rusty. It’s normal to see this kind of rust from the weather here in Pennsylvania.

The photo below shows the process of the bedframe being sandblasted. You can see the plastic and cardboard used around the front of the truck. This is to ensure that the rest of the truck isn’t damaged in the sandblasting process.

This is what the truck’s bed frame looks like after it’s been sandblasted and a primer coat has been applied.
